Concertize curates a roster of the finest musical professionals who are ready to inspire, create, and build at a moment’s notice, and offers efficient contracting solutions and event services to our clients.
By partnering with some of the brightest talent in the music industry, Concertize provides near-instant booking access to top musicians and technical professionals working in the field today.


Our artists have filled spaces ranging from ornate concert halls, dinner theaters, roman amphitheaters, and even medical clinics with their world-class musical artistry.
Founded in 2020 by two Juilliard graduates, Concertize is a musician-run company. Our team is composed of innovative and experienced professionals who put music first. We take care of the hard stuff so musicians can focus on their music, venues can easily find the right notes to fill their space, and presenters can organize and sell their performances with ease, generating new lucrative and sustainable models for live music in all sorts of spaces.

Trevor Bumgarner

Praised for his “sensitive” playing by the Santa Barbara Independent, violinist Tom Yaron has performed in various constellations in North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia as concertmaster of the Moritzburg Festival Orchestra in Germany, Pacific Music Festival in Japan, and the Sarasota Festival Orchestra. He holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of California, Santa Barbara, a master’s degree from the Juilliard School, and an Artist Diploma in String Quartet Studies from the University of Colorado. Mr. Yaron was a founding member of the Ajax Quartet which served as the graduate string quartet in residence at the University of Colorado, Boulder. He performs with the Boulder Bach Festival, Lincoln Center Stage (Holland America Line), Candlelight by Fever, and the New World Symphony in Miami.

Trevor Bumgarner is a composer who thrives on collaboration and curiosity. From the New York City Ballet’s Choreographic Institute, several Off-Broadway shows, co-hosting the Faking Notes Podcast, and scoring and contributing to a variety of films that have been screened all the way from Guam to Tribeca to #2 on Netflix, Trevor can’t get enough of any opportunity to work with friends. Mr. Bumgarner has been a teaching artist with The Juilliard School, Young Composers and Improvisers Workshop, and the New York Philharmonic's Bridge composition program. He was an inaugural recipient of the Juilliard Career Advancement Fellowship, as well as other accolades including an ASCAP Morton Gould Young Composer Award. He attended The Juilliard School and UNC-Greensboro studying composition and bassoon.

Based in Denver, CO, Jake has had his hands in live music and events for the past 8 years. After graduating with a BA in Songwriting/Composing from the University of Colorado, he continued his path in the industry as a marketing director for multiple venues in Denver and Dallas, TX, and has has also been involved with artist management, production, booking and digital media. In addition to his work with Concertize, Jake is continuing to market large venue touring shows in both states as well as being an on-site coordinator for Fever Candleight events and Dining in the Dark.

Kayla Simmering is a corporate director of events and event planning professional. She has extensive experience providing leadership and direction needed for companies to drive the achievement of key business-related meetings and event-related goals and objectives. Ms. Simmering holds over ten years of hospitality industry experience and began her hospitality journey at the front desk as a guest relations agent. She took a detour into revenue management and landed in conference services. Kayla has a Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University in Communications with a Minor in Spanish.
