Atonement Lutheran is a sprawling complex of excellent music spaces. There is no shortage of grand pianos at this church! The sanctuary has two of them, kept in excellent order. The high ceilings lend a feeling of openness and the unique shape of the ceiling pushes sound to the very last pews. There are several other spaces available that are ideal for rehearsing, teaching, and recording.

The historic Boulder Theater has a diverse and colorful past that continues with a thriving present as one of the premiere concert venues in the nation. Opened in 1906 as Curran Opera House by wealthy billboard sign owner James Curran, the venue featured opera, musical productions and silent movies. In 1927 the first talkie,”The Jazz Singer”, was presented by Warner Brothers. During the Depression, the theater kept going with double features and “Country Store Nights”, when sacks of groceries were given away to those in the lucky numbered seats. Today, the Boulder Theater is considered one of the finest concert and live entertainment venues in the Rocky Mountain region hosting the most respected national, international and local artists.

Boulder's Dinner Theatre has been enchanting patrons of music and theater for decades! Their building features all of the features of a full fledged theater operation including options for professional lighting, sound, and a sizeable stage, complete with a pit and backstage space. This venue is simultaneously capable of a sizeable food and beverage service operation, with a full-size industrial kitchen and bar. It's an ideal space for dinner shows, cocktail service, theater, dance, live music and more!

City Church is a new congregation to Boulder. Their building consists of a medium-sized auditorium, a large versatile community room, and a sizeable enclosed outdoor area with a platform that may act as a stage during the warmer months. This space is ideal for solo recitals, recording projects, or rehearsals.

In both an intimate indoors and outdoors setting, Deviant Spirits Distillery is a great spot to both perform and grab a drink! Founded by a team of creatives, they are advocates for the local arts scene.

First United Methodist Church in downtown Boulder offers a wide variety of unique spaces for use. The cavernous santuary features a live acoustic profile and a distinct natural reverb. Inside, you'll find a well-maintained Baldwin full-size grand piano, as well as an enourmous pipe organ which dominates the interior facade. Rehearsal spaces such as the choir rehearsal room and meditation room are available to ensembles and individual musicians needing a well-equipped and private space to rehearse, record, or stream. FUMC's outdoor space is conducive to small outdoor concerts and gatherings, with minimal setup and BYO seating on the grass lawn for outdoor audiences.

Grace Lutheran Church is a centrally located place of worship on"the Hill" - the bustling collegiate neighborhood of Boulder. Its small size, walking distance to CU Boulder, and cavernous acoustics make it a top choice for CU music majors for performing degree recitals. The sanctuary features surround-balcony seating as well as a well-maintained grand piano and electric organ. Additional spaces include a large subterranean meeting space, as well as a small outdoor courtyard.

This beautiful historic building has several spaces amenable towards music-making! The sanctuary hosts a live and balanced acoustic profile, while the youth room provides a gym-like and super resonant space. Tasteful wood paneling gives this venue a warm and inviting feel.

The Museum of Boulder is a facility with a wide array of spaces for events of up to 500 people. Several galleries are amenable to performances, receptions, rehearsals, recording, streaming, and more! Greenrooms are available for all spaces, including the rooftop patio, with a picture-perfect view of the flatirons and downtown Boulder. For education rentals, there is ample classroom space available for use.
